The SAP MM / EWM Specialist provides process knowledge and SAP application support to business users in the areas of Material Management (MM), Supplier Portal (WEBEDI), and Quality Management (QM).

Primary Responsibilities :

Support the following SAP Modules:

· Material Management (MM/EWM)

· Quality Management (QM)

· Supplier Portal (WEBEDI)

· Handling of service desk tickets resolving issues due to internal process errors and SAP system issues.

· Interact with manager to initiate necessary system changes for identified issues to resolve tickets.

· Provide user training and guidance

Education, experience & other requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree from a college or university in computer science or related discipline.

· Bilingual in Spanish and English

· Minimum of 5+ years work related experience supporting SAP MM/QM.

· Minimum of 3+ years in Supplier Portal

· The ability to solve system problems and interact with multiple departments.

· Proactive in continual self-learning and be able to work collaboratively among a diverse international team.

· Customer-facing and business-orientated actions.

· Prior experience working collaboratively and prioritize.

· Clear professional writing capabilities with attention to the target audience.
